These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Invoiced AI (invoicedai.base44.app), operated by Clairvoyance Enterprise LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Invoiced AI reads field work orders (PDFs, photos, scans) and generates draft invoices for your review. Every draft requires human review and approval before it is sent or finalized. Invoiced AI is a drafting and review tool — it does not submit or send invoices without your action.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload documents you don't have the right to use
- Use the Service to create fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading invoices
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
- Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the work orders, invoices, and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display it back to you as needed to operate the Service — including sending it to any third-party integrations you connect.
5. Accuracy of Extracted Data
Invoiced AI uses automated extraction to draft invoices from your source documents. While we aim for high accuracy, extracted data can contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying every field before approving and sending an invoice. We are not liable for inaccuracies in invoices you approve without review.
6. Third-Party Integrations
If you connect accounting, payment, CRM, or field-service systems, you're responsible for ensuring you have the right to share your data with those systems. We aren't responsible for the accuracy, availability, or handling of your data by third-party services.
7. Fees
Invoiced AI offers a Basic plan (limited to one invoice, no custom templates) and a Pro plan at $0.99 per month, billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Upon termination, we'll retain your data per our Privacy Policy and document retention settings unless you request deletion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted invoice data will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clairvoyance Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including errors in invoices you approve and send.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
