Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 24, 2026
Invoiced AI ("Invoiced AI," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Clairvoyance Enterprise LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use invoicedai.base44.app and related services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and login credentials.
Uploaded documents. The Service is built around uploading field paperwork (work orders, PDFs, photos, scans) so we can generate invoice drafts. These documents may contain customer names, addresses, service dates, pricing, and other job-related details.
Invoice and billing data. We store the invoices you create, approve, send, or download, including line items, tax information, and customer records linked to those invoices.
Third-party integration data. If you connect Invoiced AI to accounting, payment, CRM, or field-service systems, we exchange data with those systems as needed to keep records in sync.
Usage data. We automatically collect basic technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited — to keep the Service running and secure.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Extract and draft invoices from uploaded work orders
- Maintain your approval log and audit trail from source document to approval
- Sync data with the accounting, payment, CRM, or field-service tools you connect
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service
- Meet document retention obligations you configure or that apply to your account
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only:
- With the third-party integrations you explicitly connect to your account
- With service providers who help us operate the Service (hosting, storage, processing), under confidentiality obligations
- If required by law, subpoena, or legal process
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
4. Data Retention
We retain invoice records, uploaded documents, and approval logs for as long as your account is active, or as needed to meet the document retention policy you've configured, whichever is longer. You can request deletion of your data as described in Section 6.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on stored documents. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Export your invoice and document records
To exercise these rights, contact us using the information in Section 9.
7. Cookies
Essential cookies only. We use a minimal set of cookies and local storage entries that are strictly necessary for the Service to function. These include:
- Authentication session cookie. Keeps you logged in between page loads and after reopening the app. Without it, you would be signed out on every navigation.
- "Keep me logged in" preference. Remembers your choice on the login and registration screens so you are not prompted again on the same device.
- Cookie consent state. Remembers whether you have dismissed or accepted the cookie banner on our website so it is not shown repeatedly.
- User interface preferences. Remembers display settings such as theme or layout choices you have made within the app.
No tracking or advertising cookies. We do not set, read, or use any cookies — first-party or third-party — for tracking, analytics, advertising, advertising measurement, or cross-site behavioral profiling. We do not embed third-party advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, remarketing tags, or similar technologies within the app.
Native app behavior. Within the native iOS and Android apps, all advertising and analytics tracking scripts are disabled entirely. No Google Ads tags, no third-party analytics SDKs, and no advertising cookies of any kind are loaded or used inside the native app. The only data stored on-device is what is required to keep you authenticated and remember your preferences.
You can clear these essential cookies at any time through your browser or device settings; doing so will sign you out and reset your preferences, but will not affect your stored invoices or account data.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. App Privacy Disclosures (Apple App Store Guideline 2.1)
The following disclosures are provided in response to Apple App Review Guideline 2.1 and describe in detail how Invoiced AI handles data sharing, data linking, and cookies. Each question is answered with as much detail as possible.
Question 1: Is the data collected by the app shared with any third-party data brokers?
Answer: No.
Invoiced AI does not share, sell, rent, or trade any data collected by the app with any third-party data brokers, data aggregators, audience-data platforms, or similar entities. Specifically:
- What "data broker" means here. A data broker is a company that collects personal information from multiple sources and licenses or sells it to other companies for marketing, risk assessment, people-search, or other purposes. Invoiced AI has no relationship with any such company and does not transmit user data to any of them.
- Data we collect. The app collects: (a) account information — your name, email address, company name, and authentication credentials; (b) uploaded documents — work orders, PDFs, photos, and scans you submit for invoice extraction; (c) invoice records — the drafts, approved invoices, and customer details you create; and (d) basic technical information — IP address, browser type, and device type — used only for security and service operation. None of this data is provided to data brokers.
- Service providers we do use (and why they are not data brokers). We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Service: a cloud hosting platform that stores your data and runs the application, an AI language-model provider that processes uploaded work orders to extract invoice data, and an email delivery provider that sends transactional emails (such as password-reset and invoice-sharing emails) on our behalf. These providers process data only under written contracts that prohibit them from using your data for their own purposes or selling it to others. They act as processors on our behalf, not as data brokers, and they do not license, sell, or re-distribute your data.
- Integrations you explicitly connect. If you choose to connect a third-party accounting, payment, CRM, or field-service integration from the Settings page, data is exchanged with that integration only to the extent needed to keep your records in sync — and only with the provider you selected. This is not sharing with a data broker; it is a direct, user-initiated connection to a provider of your choosing.
- Legal requests. The only circumstance in which data leaves our control without your action is a valid legal request (subpoena, court order, or similar lawful process). Even then, the recipient is a law-enforcement or regulatory authority — not a data broker — and we disclose only what is legally required.
In summary: no data collected by the app is shared with any third-party data broker, under any circumstance.
Question 2: Is the data collected by the app linked with third-party data for marketing or advertising purposes?
Answer: No.
Invoiced AI does not link, combine, or associate data collected by the app with any third-party data for marketing, advertising, ad-targeting, ad-measurement, or audience-enrichment purposes. Specifically:
- No advertising networks or ad SDKs. The app does not integrate any advertising network SDKs (such as Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, or similar). We do not display third-party ads within the app, so there is no advertising data to link.
- No remarketing or lookalike audiences. We do not export user lists, device identifiers, or email hashes to any advertising platform to build remarketing audiences, lookalike audiences, or similar ad-targeting segments. We do not upload customer data to any ad platform's custom-audience tools.
- No data enrichment or linking. We do not combine the data we collect (account info, uploaded documents, invoice records, usage data) with third-party data sets — such as demographic databases, consumer-profile databases, or behavioral data sets — for any marketing or advertising purpose.
- No ad-measurement or attribution SDKs. The app does not embed ad-attribution or ad-measurement SDKs (such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar) that would link in-app activity to advertising campaigns or cross-app behavioral data. On the website, a Google Ads conversion-tracking tag is present solely for measuring the effectiveness of our own marketing on the public website — but it is (a) disabled entirely inside the native iOS and Android apps, (b) only loaded after the user explicitly accepts the cookie-consent banner on the website, and (c) never linked to the invoice or document data you create inside the app. The tag measures signups and invoice-creation events at an aggregate event level; it does not link your personal data to any third-party marketing dataset.
- No sale of data for advertising. We do not sell or share data with any party that would use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or similar laws.
In summary: no data collected by the app is linked with any third-party data for marketing or advertising purposes, under any circumstance.
Question 3: When users access web content in the app, are cookies collected for tracking purposes by the app or service?
Answer: No.
When users access web content within the app — whether in the native iOS/Android app or on the invoicedai.base44.app website — cookies are not collected for tracking purposes by the app or our service. Specifically:
- No tracking cookies. The app does not set, read, or use any cookies (first-party or third-party) for tracking, analytics, advertising, advertising measurement, cross-site behavioral profiling, or device fingerprinting. There are no tracking cookies of any kind in the app.
- No third-party tracking pixels or tags in the app. The native iOS and Android apps do not load any third-party tracking pixels, remarketing tags, advertising SDKs, or analytics SDKs. All advertising and analytics tracking scripts are programmatically disabled inside the native app container. The only network requests the native app makes are to our own backend (for authentication, data storage, and invoice processing) and to our AI and email service providers — none of which set tracking cookies.
- Essential cookies on the website (not tracking). On the invoicedai.base44.app website, we set a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local-storage entries that are required for the Service to function — an authentication session cookie, a "keep me logged in" preference, a cookie-consent state flag, and user-interface preferences. These are essential, first-party, and do not track you across pages, sessions, or other websites. They are not used for analytics, advertising, or any tracking purpose.
- Google Ads tag on the website only — not in the app, and not tracking. The public website includes a Google Ads conversion tag that fires only after a user has explicitly accepted the cookie-consent banner. This tag is used solely to count aggregate conversion events (signups, invoice creations) so we can measure the effectiveness of our own marketing on the website. It is (a) completely disabled inside the native iOS and Android apps, (b) only loaded after explicit cookie consent on the website, and (c) does not set tracking cookies that follow users across other sites or over time. It does not collect information from the native app, from uploaded documents, or from invoice data.
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking. The app does not participate in any cross-app tracking network, does not use an advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID) for advertising or tracking, and does not share data with any third party for the purpose of tracking users across other developers' apps or websites.
In summary: no cookies are collected for tracking purposes when users access web content in the app, on either the native app or the website. The only cookies used are essential, first-party, and strictly necessary for the Service to function.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
This policy is a general-purpose template and has not been reviewed by an attorney. Before publishing, have it reviewed for your specific state/jurisdiction and data-handling practices — especially if you handle customer payment data or operate in states with specific privacy laws (e.g., CCPA in California).
